Organizations that work with SayVU
Emergency management, without the middleman. The report goes straight to the right responders, the control center sees every step, and everyone talks in the same conversation.
01
Cut response time
No phone intake and no relay between the control center and the field. Every responder gets what they need to know straight to their phone, according to their permissions.
02
Instant automatic dispatch
Every incident is routed to the right responders, according to operational needs: by distance, incident type, control zone or assigned group.
03
Real-time communication
Chat, voice messages, photos, location and video. The control center, every responder and the reporter join the same conversation.
Only the right people get the incident
You decide who gets what, and the rules are flexible and easy to change. You can also dispatch manually, launch a predefined scenario in two clicks, or send backup in one.
Security cameras and drones with real-time detection, live video with the reporter, and the floor plan when reporting from a landline. The control center and responders know what is waiting for them while still on the way.

No app? No problem.
Landline, QR code and NFC, an SMS or WhatsApp link to a video call, a 4G panic button, a smartwatch with a SIM, and a desktop app. Reports also open automatically, when SayVU's analytics detects a threat on security cameras.
And anyone with the app can report in any way, without even taking the phone out of their pocket. Anyone can open an incident: the reporter, a responder, or the dispatcher.
Also: double press on the volume buttons, persistent notification, fall detection, Bluetooth button
Every incident is kept in a full history: who did what and when, what was said and what was sent. The dashboard shows arrival times, heat maps and shift reports for every responder and every team, so you can see the big picture and make the right decisions to improve your operations.

The control center runs right in the browser: sign in with a username, password and two-factor authentication, like any website. No installs and no dedicated hardware.
